calling (212) 796-5624
texting “park pin” to (202) 817-2140 with your cell phone.
Note: You don’t need a PIN to start a parking session, only for accessing your personal user account.
If you have not received a text message with your new PIN in a minute, please contact our customer support via e-mail: email@example.com or by phone: (866) 951-7275.
Note: After having your PIN reset, please log out of the MobileNOW! app and log in with your new PIN.
To log out of the MobileNOW! app:
1. Go to More
2. Press Log out
